Guided Imagery
Guided Imagery is a deeply relaxing form of mind/body communication, used for accessing and stimulating healing responses in the body. It taps into the creative and receptive side of the imagination to draw forth solutions.
Guided Imagery sessions are especially useful for pre- or post operative work, healing from surgery or injury, cancer or chronic illness recovery and life transitions.
If you suffer from fears or phobias, guided imagery can be used to steer you toward more productive thought patterns, as well.
