Shawn Marie Howe, BSN, RN, CHt earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the Oregon Health and Science University, and her Diploma in Herbal Studies, Master Herbalist from the Australasian College of Health Sciences (now called the American College of Healthcare Sciences).
Shawn has studied Reiki under Reiki Master Frank Coppieters, Reiki Master/Teacher Philip Vande-Riet, and Reiki Master/Teacher William Lee Rand. She shares both a “traditional” and a “modern” lineage in the Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Reiki. She is also a Karuna Reiki Master.
She is a graduate of the Knightsbridge Institute of Hypnotherapy and NLP, and is a Certified Hypnotherapist through the National Guild of Hypnotists.
Shawn is a member of the: American Holistic Nurses’ Association; National Guild of Hypnotists; Oregon Hypnotherapy Association; Northwest Reiki Association; International Reiki Association; American Herbalists Guild; she is a licensed Hypno-Band Practitioner; and she serves on the advisory boards of the Northwest Reiki Association (Vice President) and the American College of Healthcare Sciences.
